  • How do I use continuumfi.com?
There are many different ways to utilize the content and features we have available at continuumfi.com.  Our Industry Topics provide you with the latest for fee content from leading industry firms.  You can view all of these from your home page, or filter these through specific industry topics. Our Free Content is provided to continuumfi.com subscribers to allow you access to presentation ready slides, industry institution listings, industry publications from government entities.  Our Alters allow you to select the type of content and the industry topics you need to be on top of to be successful.  Whenever new content matching the topics you noted as your preference is placed within continuumfi.com we notify you on your home page and via email. Our newsletter - finews - features the leading industry firms and thought leaders who provide content to continuumfi.com. Often you will find special offers made to our newsletter subscribers (free) that are not made elsewhere.

  • How can I contact customer service?
Our customer service is available by phone at 269.641.8092, by email at customerservice@continuumfi.com. Customer service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

  • How do I use the site?
If you're new to continuumfi.com, you need to register for full access to our content. We offer a 30 free trial - so there's no risk!  Once you've registered and logged in, search or browse to find content on the financial institution industry.  Enjoy the free content and downloads as well as the content from leading industry firms and thought leaders.

  • How does search work?
Search finds reports containing your keywords in the title, content descriptions, or content provider name. You can also use Advanced Search and the Search this List tool to narrow your search by price, and topic.

  • How are reports priced?
Report prices are set by the respective content providers. We periodically offer special promotions through various content providers. 

  • How can I become a content provider to continuumfi.com?
If you're interested in becoming a content provider and having your reports, studies, surveys or other thought leadership content included in our online store, please click on the "Become A Content Provider" button on nearly any page in our store and follow the instructions.  Once you complete our content provider form a member of our editorial team will contact you.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?
Simply request a password reset by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link near any sign on area and follow the instructions.

  • How can I change my account information?
If your information changes, you can update it by going to the My Account section—there’s a link to it at the top of every continuumfi.com page. If you have questions about making account changes or wish to discontinue using our service, please email customerservice@continuumfi.com or send a written request to ContinuumFI LLC, 70119 Hilltop Dr, Suite 400, Union, MI 49130.

  • How do I place an order?
First choose a delivery option for your chosen report, such as online delivery or hard copy mail delivery. Then click the Add to Cart button to begin the ordering process. The Shopping Cart will hold this product and any other choices until you decide to proceed to “Checkout”. You can access your Shopping Cart from any page. You can modify your delivery options in the Shopping Cart by changing your delivery selection for the respective product. You can also change the quantity of the report. Once you’ve completed your choices here, click the Complete Order button.

  • What types of payment are accepted?
For online orders we provide a PayPal interface. All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner’s Club. For questions concerning payments please contact customer service at 269.641.8092 or customerservice@continuumfi.com.

  • How long does delivery take?
Items purchased for online delivery are normally available as soon as your order is processed. Items that require ground shipping are normally delivered within 2-3 business days. 

  • What are the shipping charges?
For hard copy delivery within the United States, a minimum charge of $15.00 (USD) or $5.00 (USD) per pound, whichever is greater, is charged for all Standard Ground deliveries, a minimum charge of $30.00 (USD) or $12.50 (USD) per pound, whichever is greater, is charged for all Overnight deliveries.  For hard copy delivery within Canada, a minimum charge of $25.00 (USD) or $6.50 (USD) per pound, whichever is greater, is charged for all Standard Ground deliveries, a minimum charge of $40.00 (USD) or $16.25 (USD) per pound, whichever is greater, is charged for all Overnight deliveries.  Shipments outside of the United States and Canada will be calculated and assessed on a case by case basis.  A $5.00 (USD) handling charge is added to all shipping charges. All shipping charges for the United States and Canada are listed for review on the Checkout screen prior to confirming your order.

  • Your emails turn up in my junk / spam folder.  Or, I don't receive emails from you.  How do I avoid this?

Please note, if you are using an email client, like Outlook, to aggregate emails from multiple accounts, it is possible that emails from continuumfi.com are caught in the junk mail / SPAM folders of your individual accounts (i.e. in the junk mail folder of your @gmail.com account).  When this happens you will not receive an email from continuumfi.com in either your Outlook (or other email client) inbox or junk mail / SPAM folder.  To correct this, you will need to add us to your contacts in the individual email accounts. Below are instructions for adding us to your address book or contacts list:

Gmail
While viewing a message from us, click on the down arrow located in the right hand corner of the message next to "Reply". Select the option "Add ContinuumFI Admin to Contact list".  A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen indicating we have been saved to your Contact list.

Microsoft Outlook
Double click our name in the From column of your Inbox. This will maximize the message. Right click on our name on the upper left of the page. A menu box will appear. Click Add to Contacts. Our e-mail address will appear in a text box. Click Save and Close.

AOL
While viewing a message from us, fully maximize your window and locate the Address Book icon. This icon is located at the far right of your message window. Click on this icon and our e-mail address will be added to the Other e-mail field. Click Save.

Hotmail/MSN
While viewing a message from us, click Save Address on the toolbar. Save Address is located at the far right of your toolbar. Follow the easy instructions provided.

Yahoo!
While viewing a message from us, click the Add to my Address Book icon. Our e-mail address will appear in a text box. Click Add to Address Book.

Earthlink
While viewing a message from us, select the In-box folder from the drop down list. After you have selected the folder, click the Move & Add Contact button located in the top right corner of the message you are reading.

  • How is my privacy protected?
We protect your privacy by strictly adhering to the guidelines set out in our privacy policy. You can view and edit information we've collected from you at any time by visiting the My Account page settings. If at any point you don't wish to receive updates, newsletters, or promotional communications you can opt-out or unsubscribe by following the directions in the email or emailing unsubscribe@continuumfi.com with the word "remove me" in the subject line.

  • How is the site secured?
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information. We store the personal information you provide on computer systems, which are located in secure, controlled facilities. All information is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

  • What are cookies and how are they used?
A "cookie" is a passive piece of information stored on your computer's hard drive. It automatically informs continuumfi.com of site-specific information, such as your user name and what information products you've bought from our site in the past. Setting your browser to accept cookies will streamline your use of continuumfi.com, so that you don’t have to log-in each time you visit our web site.
