What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers ContinuumFI’s treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") ContinuumFI gathers when you are accessing continuumfi.com and when you use our services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ContinuumFI does not own or control, or to individuals ContinuumFI does not employ or manage.

What Personal Information Does ContinuumFI Display or Collect?

ContinuumFI automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, ContinuumFI cookie information, and the page you requested. We also record the details of your transactions on continuumfi.com.

·       Generally, our service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. ContinuumFI only uses this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us to figure out how often users use parts of continuumfi.com or services so that we can make continuumfi.com appealing to as many users as possible, and improve those services. We often receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from ContinuumFI if your computer supports this type of program. WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by ContinuumFI and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use your personal information to provide requested information and services to you and to help ensure that the information we provide to you is relevant to your specific needs. 

When you buy something, your information will be stored on our system to complete the buying process. It must be shared with an outside party in order to verify your credit card information. We also record information about your questions to us and your purchases so that we and you can keep track of what you’ve asked about or ordered directly on our site. Additionally, we may need to contact you about your questions and/or your orders.
 

Other Parties' Collection and Use of Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.  

We do use agents, service providers and other third parties to provide some services on our site. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes then those described below:

Content Providers: 
We may share your contact information with the content provider(s) whose reports, services or content you purchase. The content provider(s) may send you marketing materials. If you do not wish to receive these materials you will need to contact the content provider directly in order to opt-out (providing the content providers offers an opt-out). 

Service Providers

Shipping:

e utilize an outside shipping service provider to fulfill hard copy orders. These orders will be shipped to you directly from this / these providers. In these cases, the shipping company receives your contact information. 

Credit Card Processing: 
When you buy something with a credit card, we use a credit card processing service provider to verify your credit card and bill you.

Other Third Parties

Tracking Service: 
A third party tracking service provider may set cookies on our website to help us track to what extent sales are being generated from various marketing efforts. This information is only used in the aggregate. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. 

Also, our third party tracking service employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of website users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are tied to users’ personally identifiable information but are used only by continuumfi.com to determine the effectiveness of various marketing programs.
 

Digital Rights Management: 
We may utilize a third party Digital Rights Management(DRM) software company to provide copyright protection to certain downloadable content sold and distributed through continuumfi.com and finews.  In order to provide you access to the protected content purchased through continuumfi.com we provide information necessary to authenticate you as an approved user of the copyrighted material you purchased.

You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information for the above purposes.

USER PROFILES

User profile information including user ID and location may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within continuumfi.com.

COMMUNICATION IN RESPONSE TO USER SUBMISSIONS

As part of continuumfi.com and Services, you may receive from ContinuumFI and other users e-mail and other communication relating to your User Submissions. You acknowledge and agree that by posting such User Submissions, ContinuumFI and other users may send you e-mail and other communication that they determine in their sole discretion relate to your User Submissions.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Is Personal Information About Me Secure?

Your ContinuumFI account Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need ensure that there is no unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

ContinuumFI endeavors to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private, however, ContinuumFI cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. 

ContinuumFI.com contains links to other sites. ContinuumFI is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on continuumfi.com. 

Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post information to public areas on continuumfi.com or any other public forums, such information can be accessed by the public.

What Personal Information Can I Access?

ContinuumFI allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list will change as continuumfi.com changes. You may currently access the following information:

What Other Choices Do I Have?

·      As stated previously,you can always opt not to disclose information, even though it may be needed to take advantage of certain ContinuumFI features.

·       You may request deactivation of your account and deletion of personally identifiable information in your account by sending an e-mail to customerservice@continuumfi.com. Please note that when your personally identifiable information is deleted we no longer have the availability to send you information or content.  Additionally, some of your information may remain in our records after deactivation of your account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

ContinuumFI may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used or collected. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses continuumfi.com after such changes have been first posted.
